Dragonball Z: Saiyan Fate
Play from the beginning of DBZ until the end of Raditz Saga. The Game also features quite a few sidequests which you may enjoy. It’s not short at all. I personally beat the game in about 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Spoilers: In one of the Saiyan Fate side quests you get to face off against tai pai pai / General tao on a air plane. Also in saiyan fate before you fight raditz you and piccolo get to train untill you are ready to face off against the tyrant.
